Add the quite reasonable price and it's an evergreen favorite, one of the longest-running models in the automotive history. For 1998, the Camaro gets a fresh face, more power and many detail improvements to keep the legend alive.
   The pushrod engine is totally new, stronger and with non-siamesed heads and other changes for better breathing and higher rpm capability. The muffler is even 22 percent bigger. A 4-speed auto is standard for the Z28, and a 6 speed manual on the SS. The Camaro is the best and fastest muscle car and now, with its new engine, it will be better. But what awaits in the future of this car, when new Vettes will come?...
