   With the Ferrari 360 Modena being so fast, so much that it was quicker around a racetrack than the heavier and more powerful 550 Maranello, Ferrari had to do something so that it's flagship wouldn't be overshadowed by it's small brother. So in a Ferrari fashion, it was updated. Now named 575M Maranello (for the increase in displacement from 5.5 to 5.75 liters), now Ferrari claims that this beast will go right next to the 360 in a racetrack. The increase in displacement brought power to 508 bhp, up form 485 bhp. Also changed was the front of the car, with more rounded air dam. Also, now this car can be had with the sequential 6 speed manual tranny. This tranny, Ferrari says, shifts faster than the driver could in a fully manual tranny. Overall, the improvements are a welcome addition, and they only make a wonderful car more desirable.
